1. HBT Security Guard duties may require walking for long periods of time. Guards are required to have reliable transportation, working cell phones, professional report writing, and be on time when on schedule. Will this be a problem for you? 2. HBT Security Group requires that all accepted applicants show proof of all qualification or permits from the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulations. Is this acceptable to you? 3. HBT Security Guards maybe required to work graveyard schedules which include working Weekends and/or Holidays. Is this acceptable to you? 4.
